Wheeler Winstead, President and CEO
MTEC founder and CEO Wheeler R. Winstead is a seasoned community development specialist with over 30 years of national and international experience. His keen business perspective and first-hand involvement in building communities has opened the door to consult with and train government organizations, foundations, and national and local non-profit organizations on a range of issues. Competencies include economic, business, housing, organizational, and resource development, as well as program and curriculum design and evaluation, training, strategic planning, meeting facilitation, and community organizing.
Wheeler received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and has a working knowledge of both Spanish and Portuguese.
